I don't know, but everyone should take not and WATCH YOUR RaQ FANS!
We've received a bunch from Cobalt (RaQ1/2 and RaQ3), because we've had
them fail from time to time.  Well, around Thanksgiving, I noticed one
making noise.  Then I decided to look at the backs of all of our RaQs (a
little over 100 of them).  We ended up replacing ~25 fans!  Also, we
found 2 (out of ~50) RaQ1s that the fan was NOT CONNECTED at the
factory, and 4 (out of ~25) RaQ3s that the CPU heatsink was NOT MOUNTED
to the CPU!  Some quality control there Cobalt. :-(
