[cobalt-users] CGI works, installed PHP, CGI no works...any clues?

Hi all,

I have been trying to get PHP up and running.  I also have some Perl scripts
on my site.  The Perl scripts were running fine.  I installed Cobalt's PHP3
modules on my RaQ3, and during the process I also unchecked and rechecked
the "Enable CGI Scripts" box on the Site Manager GUI.  Would either of these
cause some glitch that inhibits proper CGI execution?
