Well, I have it working on several accounts and server wide.
What seems to fool new users of procmail the most, is the fact that
you need to set secure permissions on the .procmailrc file itself
_and_ on the home directory.
I would suggest that you open an shell window to the server, and type
the following command:
tail -f /var/log/maillog
Now send an email that should have been processed by the procmailrc
you've set up.
The error message should now show up on the shell window. That would
give you something to work from.
