How far do you want to go.
nslookup -type=any domainname or ip
in the case you can change -type=any with values like:
-type=mx (too see the mx records for that domain)
-type=soa (too soa the current known Serial-Of-Autherity, which can help if you have update problems)
-type=ns (too see the nameserver records)
-type=any (gives you alle the info it's got on that domain)
