The deal sounds very good. I did forget to mention dedicated servers,
they are a good company with lots of bandwidth. Their US operations is
the only one I am familiar with. That sounds like a good deal listed
above.

Well depending on your colocatition agreement, you do have a copy don't
you? Did you sign a contract? It should outline exactly what is your
responsibility and what is theirs. If we lease/rent/sell a server to you,
we will provide free labor on part replacement. However if it is a
configuration error and your bring the server down you will pay a minimum
of $75 an hour.

well if it is truly a hardware problem and your agreement outlines what
they will do for you, then yes it is completely reasonable.

What you should do is find out what you and your current colo provider is
responsible for contractually and then go from there.
