I don't think you should expect any more support from your colo other than
having them reboot the box. That is what colocation is, you are paying
for electricity, space and bandwidth. If you want support for you RAQ in
the way of how to do something then you should get that from this list or
pay for it. That is not what colocation is. Our support is top notch as
we are a hosting company so all of our support staff are very familiar
with RAQs, but we pretty much have a definite line that we will not cross.
