Try this:
1. Disable FPX for all user and then the virtual site.
2. As root, check to see if the following file exists:
/usr/local/frontpage/www.mydomain.com:80.cnf
if it does delete it.
3. Re-enable FPX for the vsite, then the users.
Also, make sure that the vsite group isn't over quota.
