ORBS is just a list. Whether anyone chooses to do anything with the
information is up to them. If you're listed, they generally have some info
you can check.
e.g., http://lookup.orbs.org/verify.php3?address=195.115.79.9 (Happens to be
an IP that relayed some spam to me.)
