So then how is this working?
Are you saying if we turn relaying on for aol.com, then the
outgoing mail will go through their serves and not mine?
Becausse where I work they have a AOL account,
so when I get online to check and send mail I use my server
for incoming and outgoing mail. I temp turn on relaying
for "aol.com" Send my email and take it right back out.
It works if aol.com is added to "Relay for the following Hosts/Domains"
Can you explain? If it is not there, it will not work.
The email looks as if it came from me. I even replied to
this message board doing this.
I have a direct cable connection at home, and I don't
send a whole lot of email at work, so there is no need
for me to pay a extra $14.95 monthy, on top of
$39.95 with the cable modem bill, but when I do
I use the company's AOL account to do it with, using
my server's outgoing mail. I am using a RAQ 3 if this
makes a difference.
