Hi, Rodolfo:
I tried this, but received no confirmation of either the start or stop.
After typing stop, I was still able to access the site..so, I'm sort of
assuming this isn't correct. Or do I need to reboot the Qube? (shades of
Windows NT)

You might try telnetting in, becoming root, then typing:
/etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd stop
Then, *before* you close your telnet session, try to see if you can still
get to the Administration website. If you can, then you're probably OK. If
you cannot, then quickly do:
/etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd start
and look for another solution.
