Yes. See my other post - I submitted my own raq for testing.
I understand relaying and how easy it is to close relay holes, and I
understand that if abused, an email server's admin is totally responsible. I
just don't think its fair to blacklist anybody before the abuse takes place.
Now if ORBS warned the admin of the relaying hole but did not blacklist them
until they had some record of abuse, I would be more inclined to agree with
their policy.
I only filter servers that I know have caused problems, and even then I only
do it as a last resort. My take on this is if my users are expecting to
receive email from a user on a filtered server, I have to explain to them
why they can't get it. Most users don't care about "open relay" or
"potential abuse". They just want their damn email to work.
Spam is annoying, but honestly, it's not that big a deal.
Hope I'm not blacklisted for saying so.

P.S. - I would assume there is some reason why the biggest names in the
business (yahoo, msn, aol, etc) dont use ORBS...
