DNS servers don't forward anything. They receive a single-packet
request for an IP#, and they return a single-packet request with that
IP#.

Which IP# on which system is appearing in your browser? If it's the
first site on the IP# for the first system, then you're setting up DNS
with the wrong IP#. If it's the first site on the IP# for the second
system, then you've not got the site set up properly on the second
system.

Strictly a case of how you're setting up DNS, or of incorrect site setup
on server 2.

Which IP; you're very unclear. The IP# for server one or for server
two? Check into the reasons I mentioned above.
