I have searched the archives and haven't found any threads that make any
sense to me so I post this beginner question to the group in hopes of
enlightenment.
If I have been delegated reverse dns for two class c's and an additional
range of xx.xxx.xxx.194 - xx.xxx.xxx.254. Is there anything additional I
need to set up with the RAQ3's GUI DNS other than simply creating PTR's for
all the domains? Does this automatically create the xxx.xxx.xx.in-addr.arpa
zone or do I need to set this up like a domain with A records? Also, many of
these IP's will be used for remote access, assigned to ports. Am I correct
that I can create A's and PTR's for something like ras-port-30.mydomain.net?
All help is greatly appreciated.
