I have the same problem.  I have not done anything with postgres, but after
updating some image libraries, the GUI could not convert the shadow group of
a new virtual to a vanilla group, which includes adding the postgres info I
guess.  My list of previous virtuals are still listed, and I can access the
new virtual sites by through the siteadmin url, but new sites are never
listed on the main GUI page.

My question is if someone can send me commands to query the postgres
database.  I would like to try and find out what is throwing the virt add
off.  And if anyone knows where and what scripts I can look at to get an
understanding of the virt add process.
