 My raq4 doesn't have that ?

 FP is enabled on the virtual site,
 but not on the Users ..

 -> Site Management:
 -> site settings:

    Just has "enable FP [ ]"

    FP user is hardcoded as: webmaster
    only time I see PSWD for FP is when setting up the site
    (or enabling FP for the site)

    Users can change PSWD, but
    that's not the same PSWD asked for
    when enabling FP..
