I will try to reset uid on .htaccess
I've been able to simultaneously work on
*.html, *.gif, *.jpg, etc files in FP enabled
site .. with FTP and FP.
The catch is:
FP will access, update, etc a file under uid "admin"
but denies FTP overwrite permissions if it was the
last to write the file.
So, If FP was the last one messing with the file,
then I must delete it, before I can FTP overwrite,
but then FP seems to access it fine.
