As far as I know, I believe the RAQ3 uses a standard AMD K6-2 300mhz
processor. You should be able to simply remove the processor and stick in
another processor, most likely up to 500 mhz.
However, the difference between a 300mhz AMD K6-2 and a 500mhz AMD K6-2
would be hardly noticable. If you have a reason why you need greater
processing speed you may need to consider another option.
