I also use http://www.SkyNetWeb.com (an Affinity Co.) to colo our racks and I have NO complaints or problems what so ever.. They've been very helpful and quick when it comes to setting up new boxes in the rack. I just FedEx'd a new RaQ3 system to them this morning as matter of fact.
