Basically, it infects any Windows machine which executes it by copying
itself to a bunch of different system files, and patches WSOCK32.DLL to
allow itself to send itself via outgoing emails.
It also keeps itself updated from news servers, and contains a large
number of variations for sending itself out over the internet.
The solution is simple: Don't accuse anyone of having sent it to you,
spammed or harvested your address. Buy a quality virus scanner and keep
it updated. And NEVER open unsolicited attachments.
