Hi there!
Easy mistoke (sic!) - you need to set up a user as a site admin, and then
use "../../web/" as the directory for FTP. You can't use
"/home/sites/www.domain.com/web", as normal site admins don't have
permissions to see anything out of their virtual site level: this means that
the "/home/sites/" part of the address will not work.
By using "../../web/" you take them firstly out of their personal web space,
then out of the users folder, then back into the main web folder!!
