I have noticed the same problem as everyone else. In my case, connecting
via FTP is extremely slow (In somecases up to 4 minutes). However, once I'm
connected the file transfers are as fast as they should be.
It almost looks like like a port 21 problem. I just don't know. Any
suggestions?
