[cobalt-users] Answers From the CEO of Cobalt Racks.com



For some strange reason an earlier email we sent out at 12:00 yesterday
morning, posted to the list in the Late evening.

Without going into unnecessary detail and start point fingers, here are the
results of yesterday's involvement with Cobalt Racks.com

Cobalt Racks.com has admitted that an unintentional mistake was made in
setting these servers up.
We believe that the answers we received from the CEO of Cobalt Networks at
7:30 PM last night,
Are truthful and acceptable. They called me at home to tell me what really
happened to the servers.
Although I am not impressed with their not coming out and saying it at
first, I am giving them the benefit of doubt until I hear otherwise.

Rest assured that they did not intentionally try and pull off a scam, or
cover up what they had done.
I'm sure that if you ask, the CEO will tell you what happened when you call
to get your server fixed.
If you are not satisfied with there answer feel free to email me at
worldcops@xxxxxxxxx so I can verify if you get the same answer.
Do not use this list to verify an answer please.

The CEO of Cobalt Racks has agreed to make all the required changes to
anyone's server that was part of this mix-up.

Anyone having the Cobalt RaQ4 that is not in compliance with Cobalt Networks
RaQ4 specifications should call
Cobalt Racks.com after 9:00 am this morning and speak with the CEO or a
Technician to have there RaQ4 set up properly.

The phone number is visible in the upper left hand corner of there website.
They have also suspended offering the specials until this problem is solved
so they can be readily available to handle these
Requests first.

We do not intend to file any charges against Cobalt Racks.com unless the
situation is NOT rectified in a timely manner.
We have been assured that they will do everything possible to put any server
that is not compliant, back to, and within the Specifications of
Cobalt Networks. We know of three systems that have been repaired already.

The whole idea of this email list is to help each other with problems; this
problem should be solved, now lets put this list back to
What it is meant for; to help each other with normal day to say problems of
the RaQ server.
