[cobalt-users] Web admin - Internal server error

Hi,

I seem to have trashed by server admin console on my RaQ3. I am able to
select Site Management, Administrator, Control Panel etc but the main
"frame" shows:

Internet Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was
unable to complete your request. 

The latest thing I have installed is Perl 5.6.0 and this is the first
time I have tried to use it since.

What installs can effect the admin control panel, and what can I do to
sort it out! I know they are very broad questions, but this is my first
real problem - everything else I have asked has been to do with set-up.
