[cobalt-users] HOW-TO: ACL to stop outside Caches stealing our Bandwidth CacheRaq2

Hi Group,
We run a CacheRaq2 onour network and each night I get a list of clients
requesting HTTP Content. My problem is that increasing more and more are
requests fromoutside of our network (see listing)

rdg-proxy.mweb.co.za 150 463085
proxy.linknet.com.au 144 1314079

netcache.idn.co.th 83 294957

this is just a small portion of our list. How can I stop these outsiders
from stealing our bandwidth? I have tried to impliment an ACL in the past
but when I rebooted the CacheRaq, no one could get in or out of the
network??

Any assistance greatly appreciated
