Maybe if some of us could get in contact with the company we would be
prepared to listen to them. I have heard not a word from the company in
weeks now via email or telephone. Surley business is all about trust, you
sound prepared to continue hosting clients websites with a cobaltracks box
even if all these revelations are proven to be correct. How can they put
the loss of trust right?

I dont think anyone who has complained about these recent problems has just
attempted to run away without first trying to resolve the problems with
cobaltracks. Obviously they like you, because everyone else I have spoken
with is having as much trouble as me getting any kind of response from them.

I'd be interested in hearing the steps they're taking to resolve your
disappointing discovery. Mail me off list if you wish to share this with
me, and please tell me exactly how you managed to take this matter up with
them in the first place. All I get is voicemail prompts when i phone and
for obvious reasons I've now given up using Email as a method of
communicating with them.
