Okay, I have confirmation (and a ticket number should I need to reference
it) that my supposed raq4i is in fact a raq3.
I have contacted cobalt.com and been on the phone with them for near 1/2
hour while they investigate the box, the end result as the technicican
explained it to me is the following:
My Box is a raq3 NOT a raq4!
She said that If I am paying for a raq4i then I am paying for the hardware
and not getting what I am paying for, she is reporting it to their sales
department to see what they can do about the situation. She also told me
that my system is running excessively slow, (well sure, it's only 9am here
in california, of course its running slow, afterall it is cobaltracks.com)
I will contact cobaltrack.com this morning by phone (or at least try to
contact them by phone) who know if they will be willing to answer the phone
at this point.
So, I do have confirmation that I signed up for a raq4i and they have
provided me with a raq3 with raq4 software.
