Subject: [cobalt-users] Legal Action / Cobalt Racks.com

>From looking at this list it seems that everyone is going to do things on
there own and just leave them, before you do I suggest you read this
carefully.
I offered everyone to contact me so you can join our legal case against
Cobalt Racks, but have received no responses as yet.

I am in the process of last minute preparations with various Law Enforcement
Agencies to start legal actions at 1:00 PM EST today.
The support service is not am issue of this legal action, we are only
looking at Local and Federal laws pertaining to Cobalt Racks.com and Visual
Link Internet.

If you have purchased or leased from Cobalt Racks, a Cobalt Networks RaQ4
Server, and the system configuration does not match that of Cobalt Networks
RaQ4, I am offering the following for the last time.

Anyone that is willing to provide their Name, Company, Phone Number, and a
brief message that includes the server information pertaining to the hard
drive, CPU, RAID (RaQ4r Only), and Network Card differences between the
specified RaQ4 data sheets from Cobalt Networks and the server that they
have may submit them until 11:59 AM EST this morning to send that
information to: worldcops@xxxxxxxxx Please include the date you started your
agreement and contract with Cobalt Racks.com and the Credit Card company
used. (Visa / MasterCard / other)
And the price you paid.

Here is the example statement that we are using: You may Cut and Past the
statement and edit the appropriate information.

I signed into an Internet agreement / contract with Cobalt Racks.com a
division of Visual Link Internet located in Winchester Virginia,
540.722.6705, on 11/20/2000 with my Visa Card for the lease of a Cobalt
Networks RaQ4i. The agreement / contract was for the first three month of
service for $99.00 per month, then $199.00 a month each month after for a
period of six months.
Upon review of this server I found the following discrepancies: the CPU is a
300MHZ chip and the server only has one network interface card. Under Cobalt
Networks data sheets the RaQ4i is a CPU of 450MHZ and two Network Interface
cards. This server is not a Cobalt Networks RaQ4 as Cobalt Racks has
advertised that it was. I have not received the item under my agreement /
contract that I am paying for. In fact this server is a RaQ3 with the
Software meant for a RaQ4 to make it appear to be the RaQ4 server so they
can make more money on a lower priced product.

Visual Link Internet and Cobalt Racks state they are located in Winchester
Virginia with a phone number of 540.722.6705, the address is unavailable
from there website, or phone book listings. The websites are available at
www.cobaltrack.com and www.visuallink.com

Your Name:
Your Company:
Your Phone:

This is a brief list of those involved with our server alone:
Three Police Departments
Four Police Associations
Two Fire departments
Two Web Hosting Companies

So if you don't believe we are taking Legal action, then you are highly
mistaken! We are currently prepared to file these charges and complaints
against Cobalt Racks.com today In addition to anyone else that want to send
us the information we need.
