Trying to get a response from cobaltracks.com is like emailing to a bad
address, you rarely get a response. I have emailed them politely asking
them what the deal is, why we are paying for a raq4 and getting a raq3 with
the software for a raq4. They have yet to respond. I know of another that
started on a raq3, upgraded to the raq4 only a month after starting with
this company, and now they do the same cpuinfo test and find out that they
are on a 300mhz which means more than likely that the software was upgraded
to a raq4's software but the physical machine is still a raq3.
I have put in a call to the sales offices yesterday, still no response, I do
know that they monitor the voice mail there as they have called me on a
saturday in the past, they seem to be mute on the subject at this time. As
I understand it, Mr Moates is on this mailing list as well. If so he has
decided to remain quiet and not be proactive in calming this situation down
with an explanation of why it is that 4 out of 4 people that are supposed to
be on raq4's are on raq3's with the raq4 software!
