I should actually rephrase some of what I said last night. When I said
"downtime" what I should have said was slow connectivity which has been
causing telnet and FTP sessions to timeout repeatedly. Downtime has been a
problem too, but the biggest fault of all is the slow connectivity. Once
things get slow at CR it almost always stays that way until normal working
hours resume and someone at the company I guess bothers to fix whatever the
hell is going on. I cannot believe CR are in any shape or form monitoring
anything 24 hours.

Even how bad it is, the slowness of CR's connectivity is not the biggest
problem. Oh no. The biggest problem is we're unable to get any response
from the company when something does go wrong and thus are unable to explain
the situation to our clients. I agree with the comment earlier, you do get
what you pay for and I am wholeheartedly regretting ever doing business with
CR at this minute. They still have failed to respond to any of our emails
and trust me we really dont want to be forced into taking this matter
further but we are left with little choice.

And we have a whole batch of unanswered Emails. Over the past two months,
messages regarding poor connectivity, problems with IP assignment, sales
questions and our recent request just asking for a little information on
what the current problems exactly are - have all gone unanswered. Even with
us clearly stating we're loosing customers and our image is being damaged
with all their current problems, they still haven't bothered to respond. In
the past when they have responded, it usually takes 4-5 emails and two weeks
later before they even bother thinking up a two line reply.

So right now I dispute the fact that we're receiving any service at all.

Amanda.
