Then make a backup! Putting your files in a users directory will do
nothing since all of the adminitration server files come from
/usr/admserv/html/.cobalt - that's where you're going to have to put
your files if you want them to be used.
The problem you're having is that rename isn't a command. Try mv
instead. Do an ls to make sure your backup's worked. Then put your
menu0.html where the cobalt one used to be, and give it a whirl! If
it works, great. If it doesn't, put the cobalt one back and try again
after you've made some changes.
