[cobalt-users] Template files location?

Can anyone tell me where the templates are located and specifically which
template it is that holds the site admin files.  What I want to do is to
remove the link from the cobalt icon at the top of the site admin pages so
that they can't go and view the memory, os info etc.  I also want to put
some other links on the control panel that would include things like
support, forums etc.

Does anyone know which specifically files this is in?
