The "Test" function for the DSN will return the error given by the database
driver if any.
As far as we know, MS IIS does not ship with a Mail component (NT4 + latest
service pack + IIS)
Chili!Soft does sell an extra addon for US$250 that contains Mail, POP3, and
File Upload capabilities. These do install smoothly on the RaQ4 - as long as
you have root access.
