type /usr/sbin/cobalt/adduser to get the help file txt page. Or type man
adduser to get the .man page.

By the way have you tried just running the script through a ssl and SU to
root before you run the script. Send me a copy of the php script. Im trying
to do the same. Maybe between the two of us we can come up with a real
solution.
