If it's on your tag and you want to change it to another tag you need to
send a PGP signed email to Nominet with the new tag. Normally you would
just change the tag and let the receiving host change the nameservers.

By the way, in order to comply with Nominet's Draft Code of Practice you
should have instructions from the registrant by letter, fax or digitally
signed email before you do this.
