If you mean customer www.customer.com has decided to use another host and
they need their info switched to the new host...
you've got some choices.
1.) Do a WHOIS on the domain name and find out where they registered the
domain. Go to that registrar and follow the instructions to make changes to
the domain.
2.) Let the customer, or the new host, worry about it - you just worry about
taking the site and DNS records off of your server. Ultimately, it *is* the
customer's responsibility to make sure that the Internic database points
their site to the correct server.
