This is weird. I had a customer who had FPed his site then he had to FTP the site (Don't ask) but he was able to do both on a RAQ 4.

Now I'm thinking maybe it would be worth AT&T reconsidering using the RAQ's,
this will most certainly prove to be a tech support nightmare.
