[cobalt-users] index.cgi. How do I make this to run?

I am trying to move a web-mail program (mailman by Endymion) to Cobalt RaQ3i
server.  After all files are installed, I tried to view it with IE.  Apache
server is not executing the perl script but just listing all the files in
the web root directory.

After looking over some reference materials, I made some changes to srm.conf
and access.conf.  But, no success.  Can someone enlighten me as to how I get
the RaQ3i to execute index.cgi file?  Much much appreciated.
