You have to admire his ambition...
I would suggest you start by reading the manual for the RaQ you are
considering from cover cover to cover.
Follow that by reading the full text of the cobalt knowledge base

A book called, it think it is, 'DNS and Bind' by O'Neill or O'Connell.
Make a long list of all the questions that you have then search and study
the cobalt-list archives for those answers.
I don't say this to be rude or discouraging, I have only been managing a
server for a few months myself.
After 25 years of computing experience it took me about four days to realize
that I was in way over my head.
I suggest you do A LOT more studying before you embark on what could be a
time consuming, painful and expensive experience.
