Amanda,
Try putting your files into the anonymous root directory. Not inside the
/incoming directory. The RaQ will make all files in the /incoming directory
invisible and inaccessible to everyone but the administrator (admin login).
You can also create a new directory in the anonymous root dir. labeled "pub"
(minus the quotes). This is pretty much standard practice for public files.
In summary, your root directory should contain the following:
/incoming
/pub (optional)
filename.jpg
filename.tif
filename.txt
(where "filename" is the files you will make downloadable)
The path to the anonymous root directory on the RaQ4r is:
/home/sites/www.domain.com/ftp/
Yet another option:
Add directories to the anonymous root directory possibly listed by client
name. You can change the read/write permissions as you see fit for file
accessibility. Or change read/write permissions of the file itself.
Remember, there's no limit to how many directories/sub-directories you use.
Hope this helped,
Brian Coughter
