Alas, there is no easy way. Cobalt has posted a perl script that allows you
to add virtual sites via the command line... you could probably use this
file to figure out how to modify existing virtual sites via the cobalt PERL
packages. This would be the only way to do this in an "automated" fashion,
but it does require a pretty significant knowledge of PERL.

At some point, I plan to investigate this more thoroughly, so as to develop
a way to do lots of things from the command line and still have them show up
in the web admin. So far, though, I have only created scripts that do things
like add lists of virtual sites and usernames.
