After we re-booted from the GUI, one of our 30 gig Qube2 drives keeps
re-booting and sounds like it is skipping during the initial "Checking
Disk" screen while flashing *. We want to fsck by physically moving the
drive to a Raq2 box and boot from another Qube2 drive thats already running
in there, though we don't want to accidentially nuke the 2 drives with
a 35 Watt power supply. We have RH 6.2 machines on hand though will a
2.14.16 kernel be able to fsck a Qube2 filesystem? If neither, can we
use the serial cable to directly fsck or some other repair? We think
a 30 MB email account was flooded with 600 messages while hda1 was 80%
and other partitions were under 9%.
All ideas and solutions are greatfully welcome.
