[cobalt-users] Lock Files

Hi,

I'm trying to create a virtual site via control panel on my raq3 but getting

 The group file is locked.
Log rotation could not be enabled because the site logs directory does not exist

Anyone understand what this means?

When I now go to my site, I get error:

http://www.eventsandsolutions.co.uk:81/.cobalt/error/forbidden.html

 You do not have permission to access the requested file on this server.


Any help appreciated
