[cobalt-users] Client FTP Problem is it the server or ?

I have a client who use CuteFTP.  

When he published his web it went to the /user/web directory.   I 
informed him he need to be in the /web directory 2 levels higher 
than where he published the site.

He could not get to that directory.  I use WS_FTP and was able to 
move his file to the correct directory and the site is now visable.

I check the dns and it seems ok. (no complaints)

At this point I am not sure if its a cobalt problem or CuteFTP

I have searched the archives and the collection of posts from this 
user group since apr 00 and can not find any simular problem.

I will be grateful for any ideas
