[cobalt-users] list owner alias

Hello all,

I have an account with a hosting service using Cobalt. I tried setting up a
majordomo list which the GUI seemed to do properly.

I then wanted to modify the config so that I customize the list, for which I
used the list owner commands config and newconfig. However, I started
getting the following error

The new config file for lucknow-l was NOT accepted because:
Can't find restrict_post file
/usr/local/majordomo/www.pawaia.com/lists/lucknow-l.new at line 387

To ensure that there was nothing wrong in my modification of the config
file, I retrieved the config and then uploaded the config as the new config.
This again gave me the same error.

Also when I send any mail to the list owner address (in this case
owner-lucknow-l) the message does not get delivered to any of the addresses
on the domain and seems to just disappear. Furthermore, when I try to create
an alias as owner-lucknow-l, I get the message that the alias already
exists. This leads me to believe that the alias is probably pointing to
nobody or some other address and not the one that I want.

Can any list member please help me understand this and how to solve this
problem. I do not have telnet access.

Thanks in advance.
