make sure you are accessing your web site EXACTLY how it is registered with
thawte.. note that https://yourdomain.com is different that
https://www.yourdomain.com

I hade the same problem as reasized it was the www that i was missing.

hope that solves it.. let me know if it does.

what is the URL so I can test it.
