[cobalt-users] Change DNS for sites

I have two servers (Raq2 & Raq3), with the older of
the two only hosting about a dozen sites.
I need to take the old one off line *soon*, but the
remaining domains can't be changed because of email
address problems on the registrations. All have the
RAQ2 as the primary dns and the network center is
providing the secondary dns.
Rather that trying to resolve the registration
problems now, what is involved in having my
RAQ3 handle the dns by:
-Setting up the domains on the RAQ3
-Modifying my host (name server) registration for the
RAQ2 at Network Solutions so that it points to an IP
that the RAQ3 can use (not IP of the current RAQ3 name
server).
This way I can work with the domain contacts to get
their registrations updated when time permits.
My question is how to setup the RAQ3 so it will accept
the traffic from this other dns host name/IP
(I understand the need for having two separate dns
servers and will work towards
that.)
Thanks, in advance for any help.
J.S.
