It's available on the site - basically they make no guarantees
(although I've found them to be nigh on perfect so far - the only
trouble was when a Cable & Wireless router went down last week for a
day or two. Hardly their fault (except for the apparent lack of a
backup link...))
As for content - basically anything legal goes.
