That is one thing that concerns me with Cobalt Racks. So far they have
refused to send me any official agreement for the server with regards
acceptable content, guaranteed uptime etc.

and you are limited what content you can put up, do you want your provider
to 
be able to switch off your machine, w/o warning if they dont like the
content 
of any of your wesites/clients?   

we dont look to the content :)  so why should they ?
