Hi David,
The domain name vikingnewmedia.com is actually registered through tucows
opensrs system. Since you need to register the domain names through the
regsitrar, you may want to try it there.
Good Luck! :)

Hello folks - newbie alert, and apologies for bringing up another
chestnut...
I have plumped for a RaQ4 with Webfusion's dedicated servers package and I'm
in a muddle over problems regarding nameserver registration...
The Raq was setup on Monday with the domain vikingnewmedia.com, which was
subsequently registered *later* that day with 123-reg.co.uk.
The DNS and nameserver settings showing in my Raq web interface were
inputted by Webfusion as per their setup procedure, and seem to be a correct
and complete set of DNS settings - i.e. no need for me to enter any
additional DNS settings.
I was then told to also register the nameservers thus:
ns.vikingnewmedia.com (with IP address 212.67.197.73)
ns2.vikingnewmedia.com (with IP address 212.67.197.74)
I did this using the Network Solutions online host change form three days
ago, yet get an "authentication error" when I use the 123-reg nameserver
transfer form.
Any suggestions as to what might be the problem?
Regards
David Griffith
