Tried but it didn't work.

Finally got it fixed by removing the PTR record for the domain and just
having an email server alias of domain.com. Tech support from the company I
host the server with removed PTR of all the sites on the server. Everthing
seems to be working fine at the moment I just hope it stays that way.

Cobalt should update their RaQ4 manual and be more specific about setting up
DNS and virtual sites. I never had any of these problems with my Raq2s.
